Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
Agreement
By using Decision OS you agree to these terms. Decision OS is provided by Judvera.
The service
Decision OS is a thinking tool. It asks questions, helps you record a judgment, and helps you review it later. It does not make decisions for you, and nothing it produces is professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. Every decision and its consequences remain yours.
Beta status
The product is in an early stage. Features, models, and behaviour may change, and interruptions or defects are possible. Do not rely on Decision OS as the only place a critical record exists.
Accounts
An account is optional; the core experience works without one. If you sign in, you are responsible for the security of the mailbox that receives your sign-in links, and for the activity in your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant Judvera only the permission needed to operate the service for you: storing your records and passing conversation text to the AI providers that generate replies.
Locked judgments are immutable by design. Later changes and reviews are appended as new records rather than overwriting the original.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to attack or overload the infrastructure, to submit other people's personal information without a right to do so, or to attempt to access another user's data.
Intellectual property
The Judvera and Decision OS names, the interface, and the underlying software belong to Judvera. Your content is excluded from this.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judvera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions you make while using the service or from data loss.
