Privacy Policy

Decision OS is a product of Judvera. This policy describes what the product actually does with your information today. Decision OS is an evolving beta product, and this policy will be updated as the product changes.

The decisions you write, your conversations with the assistant, the judgments you lock, your reviews, and any feedback you send.

If you choose to create an account, your email address. Sign-in uses an emailed magic link; we never ask for or store a password.

Decision OS is local-first. Without an account, your decisions, reviews and usage events stay in your own browser's local storage and are not uploaded.

If you sign in, the same records are also saved to your account in our cloud database so you can continue on another device. Cloud rows are isolated per account by row-level security: no other user can read your records.

To produce the assistant's replies and the drafts shown before you lock or save, the text of your current conversation is sent to a third-party AI model provider.

Which provider handles the request depends on your region setting: requests from Mainland China are routed to DeepSeek, and other regions are routed to an OpenAI model through the Lovable AI Gateway. Only the conversation text needed for that reply is sent; your account email is not.

Supabase provides our authentication and database. Lovable provides the application hosting and the AI gateway used for non-China requests. DeepSeek and OpenAI process the model requests described above.

We record a small set of product events (for example: a decision was started, a judgment was locked, a review was saved) with an anonymous per-browser identifier. These events contain no decision text. They are stored locally, and mirrored to your account when you are signed in.

Local data stays until you clear your browser storage. Cloud data stays with your account.

There is no self-service account or cloud-data deletion in the product yet. Until there is, ask for deletion through the in-product feedback channel and we will remove your account data.

We use the access controls and encryption in transit provided by our infrastructure. No service can promise perfect security, and Decision OS should not be used to store material you cannot risk disclosing.

You own what you write. A locked judgment is never silently rewritten: later changes and reviews are only appended as new records.
